These are the questions that ABC addresses.  It all has to do with how we "see" things and why conflict happens.  Knowing what the underlying processes are helps us to understand what's going on.

The language we use reveals how we "see things". Being able to understand how the other person "sees" things is the first step when dealing with anger, bullying, and conflict.

How toxic is the attack you're facing?  What level and form of toxic language is being used?  Knowing this will help you deal with the attack effectively.
